The 2% transaction fee applies to completed, paid reservations — never to free quotes, cancellations, or no-shows. Toggle it in your dashboard to pass the 2% to your customer as a transparent checkout line item (most operators do), or absorb it into your margin. Either way, no surprise charges.

Stripe charges their standard rate (around 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) and that goes directly to Stripe, not us. The 2% DreemLimo fee is separate. Many operators bundle both into a single ‘processing fee’ line item passed to the customer.
