About DreemLimo

Twenty-five years in this industry. Software that finally reflects it.

DreemLimo isn’t built by venture-backed engineers who’ve never dispatched a trip. It’s built by a team with 25 years inside this industry — and a conviction that operators have waited long enough for software that actually fits.

The Problem We Kept Seeing

The same thing happens, over and over, to every operator we know.

A new booking comes in by phone. You scribble it on a notepad. You text three drivers to see who’s available. You email the customer a quote four hours later. By then, they’ve booked an Uber Black, or moved on to the next operator who answered the phone faster. You lose the gig you should have had — not because you weren’t the better service, but because you didn’t have the better software.

Meanwhile, the dominant limo platforms still look like 2008. The booking pages on operator websites are stamped with the vendor’s brand instead of yours. The mobile app — if there is one — feels like an afterthought somebody bolted on six years late. Quotes take six clicks across three screens. Customer service responds in weeks. And every booking comes with a per-seat fee, an integration fee, or a ‘preferred partner’ upcharge.

The newer entrants aren’t much better. Some are venture-backed and don’t return emails. Some are marketplaces that ‘help’ you by giving your customers a relationship with the platform instead of with you. Most of them fundamentally misunderstand what limo operators actually need — they want software that runs their business, not software that competes with it.

Over the years we’ve watched dozens of operators settle for tools they hate because the alternative is worse. We’ve watched booking conversion die at the quote stage because nobody answered the phone fast enough. We’ve watched five-star drivers get assigned by SMS chain to the wrong customer. We’ve watched perfectly good limo companies lose to platforms that don’t even own a vehicle.

After enough years of this, we stopped waiting.

What We Decided to Build Differently

Five principles. Every feature flows from them.

If a feature exists in DreemLimo, it’s because an operator needed it. Not because a product manager prioritized it.

01

White-label is the floor, not the ceiling.

Your customers should see your brand. Your domain. Your colors. Your phone number sending the SMS. The platform should be invisible. Nothing about a customer’s experience with DreemLimo should remind them that DreemLimo exists.

02

You own your Stripe account.

Payments flow directly to you. We never touch your money. We don’t hold it, we don’t process it, we don’t get to decide when you see it. That’s a hard line, and it’s why DreemLimo is built on Stripe Connect instead of a payment escrow model.

03

AI where it earns its keep.

Generating SEO copy for your fleet pages? Yes. Writing alt text for vehicle photos? Yes. Filling in 200 zone-to-airport rate cells from a single formula? Yes. Chatbot pretending to be a concierge? No. AI gets used where it saves operator time — not where it makes a feature page look modern.

04

The platform fee fires once. When you get paid.

2% on completed, paid bookings. Nothing on quotes. Nothing on cancellations. Nothing on no-shows. Nothing on free trials. If your customer doesn’t pay you, you don’t pay us. That’s the deal.

05

Small team. No support queues.

Pricing model wrong for you? Email us. Feature request? Email us. Bug? Email us. There’s no tier-one routing, no ‘your case has been escalated,’ no waiting weeks for a response. Email reaches people who actually build the product. That’s the trade-off of being early — and for the operators who want that direct line, it’s the whole point.

What DreemLimo Isn’t

The things we deliberately won’t do.

These aren’t oversights. They’re commitments.

Not a marketplace.

We never see your customers’ bookings before you do. We don’t get to email them. We don’t compete with you for their next ride. Your customers stay your customers.

Not enterprise software.

No six-week implementation phase. No consultants. No ‘let’s get on a call with your stakeholders.’ Sign up, configure, go live. The whole process takes less time than a single sales demo for the legacy alternatives.

Not Uber.

We’re not trying to disrupt limo operators. We’re trying to give you better tools so you can win against the rideshare platforms in the segments where you should already be winning — corporate, weddings, airport service for travelers who care about reliability.

Not pretending to be bigger.

Small team. A handful of operator tenants today. Real software, real customers, real revenue. We’ll get to fifty operators carefully, then five hundred carefully. No fake company headshots from stock photo sites. No team page with seven blurred placeholders.

Where This Goes From Here

Grow into each phase deliberately.

DreemLimo is in the early phase where every decision still matters disproportionately. The current operator tenants are small enough that we talk to each of them every week and let their feedback drive what gets built. Fifty will be different. Five hundred will be different again. The roadmap is to grow into each phase deliberately, instead of pretending the early phase doesn’t exist.

What we’re not optimizing for: a billion-dollar exit, a Series B, or a media narrative. What we are optimizing for: operators who try DreemLimo and never look back, who refer other operators, and who help us figure out what to build next.

If that sounds like your kind of company, we’ll probably get along.
