When you visit our marketing site or run a DreemLimo account, we are the controller of that information. When an Operator uses DreemLimo to manage their customers, drivers, and bookings, the Operator is the controller and DreemLimo is a processor acting on the Operator’s instructions. If you’re a passenger or driver, please also review the privacy notice of the limo company you booked with.

01Scope & our roles

This Privacy Policy applies to Dreem Enterprises, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as “Dreem Limo” (“DreemLimo,” “we,” “us”), and to personal information processed through dreemlimo.com, the DreemLimo platform, booking widget, and mobile apps (the “Service”).

When we are the controller

For website visitors, prospects, and the Operators (Tenants) who sign up for accounts, we decide how and why information is used, and this Policy governs.

When we are a processor

For personal information that an Operator’s customers and drivers submit through that Operator’s booking portal, the Operator is the controller. We process that information only to provide the Service under our agreement with the Operator. Requests from passengers or drivers about their data should be directed to the relevant Operator; we will assist the Operator in responding.

03How we use information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
  • Set up tenant accounts, branded portals, pricing, and integrations;
  • Process subscription and transaction fees and prevent fraud;
  • Send transactional messages (confirmations, receipts, reminders, alerts) and, with consent where required, marketing;
  • Provide support, analytics, and product development;
  • Power AI-assisted features (e.g., rate generation, SEO text, suggested booking fields);
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
AI features. Certain features use third-party AI (e.g., Google Gemini) to generate suggestions from inputs you provide. We do not use such inputs to train third-party public models beyond what is necessary to return a result, and you remain responsible for reviewing AI output before use.

04How we share information

We do not sell personal information for money. We share information only:

  • With service providers and integrations that help operate the Service (see next section);
  • With the relevant Operator, when you are that Operator’s customer or driver;
  • As required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice as required by law;
  • With your direction or consent.

05Service providers & integrations

We rely on trusted third parties that process information on our or an Operator’s behalf, including:

Each provider is bound by contract to handle information consistent with applicable law and to use it only to provide their services.

06Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may limit functionality.

07SMS & messaging

If you receive SMS from a DreemLimo-powered portal, the sending Operator is responsible for obtaining your consent. You can reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. We support TCPA STOP/HELP handling within the platform, but consent and compliance are the Operator’s responsibility. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.

08Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When an Operator’s account terminates, we make Customer Data available for export and then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.

09Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, and activity logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

10Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise rights regarding information we control, contact us using the details below. If your information is processed on an Operator’s behalf, please contact that Operator; we will support their response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

11California privacy (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used and shared, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. If we “share” information for cross-context behavioral advertising, you may opt out by contacting us at support@dreemlimo.com or by using any “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link we provide. You may also designate an authorized agent. We will verify requests before responding.

12Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

13International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.

14Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
