We onboard ~10 operators per month. You’ll be slotted into the next available wave — usually within 30 days of the call. White-glove setup, hands-on configuration, all done with the founding team.

Your branded portal goes live

Bookings start flowing. Drivers get the app. Stripe processes payments. We stay close through your first month to catch anything that needs adjusting. After that, you’re part of the founding operators group — direct line, roadmap input, the works.

Because we onboard each operator personally. The whole point of being early is that you don’t get the impersonal experience of a typical SaaS signup — you get a real conversation, a real setup session, and a real human running point on your account. That doesn’t scale to ‘anyone with a credit card hits a button.’ So we cap onboarding to about 10 operators per month and bring people on in waves.
Reach out anyway. If you’re in a situation where your current software is failing this week, mention that in the ‘anything we should know’ field on the form. We’ll prioritize accordingly. Operators in active pain often get bumped up the queue.
Pricing for the soft-launch group is the same as what’s published on the pricing page. The premium isn’t a discount — it’s the white-glove onboarding, the direct line to the team, and a seat at the table for the roadmap. Things we can’t keep offering once we’re at 500 operators.
We’re onboarding through 2026 in waves. There isn’t a specific ‘GA date’ because we’re scaling up the team and the onboarding capacity in parallel. The plan is to be open to self-serve signups sometime later this year, but until then, every new operator comes through the waitlist.
Yes — and most operators do. When your onboarding window comes up, we’ll help you transition. You can run both systems in parallel for a month, finish out trips already booked elsewhere, and switch new bookings to DreemLimo on your own timeline. No abrupt migration required.
Almost everyone who signs up gets onboarded — we just may not get to you in the first wave. We sometimes ask people to wait a few months if their setup needs features we’re still building (multi-location, specific integrations). When that’s the case, we tell you directly with a rough timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
No. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. The pricing tier you pick at onboarding can change month-to-month based on your reservation volume. There’s no minimum commitment for being early — the whole point of soft launch is to make this feel low-risk to try.
