No. The onboarding wizard walks you through every step with sensible defaults. If you can use a typical website (upload an image, fill in a form), you can set up DreemLimo. The only ‘technical’ thing is pasting your Stripe / Twilio / Brevo credentials, and we walk you through where to find each one.

Yes for customers — upload a CSV with name, email, phone, address and they import in seconds. Past bookings can be imported too (CSV with date, route, amount, customer email) but it’s optional — most operators leave their history in their old system as an archive and start fresh with new bookings on DreemLimo.

No. Guest checkout is the default — they enter their info at booking and pay. After their first ride, they’re automatically offered an account so they can save cards, see history, and book faster next time. Accounts are optional, not gated.

No. Your branded portal at portal.yourlimo.com is a complete site by itself — booking widget, vehicle listings, customer login, the works. If you already have a marketing site (WordPress, Wix, etc.), you can embed the booking widget there with two lines of code.

Yes — most operators do for the first month. Point new bookings to DreemLimo while you finish out trips already booked in your old system. Once your old system is empty, cancel it. No data migration required if you do it this way.

Email support responds within hours on every plan. Growth and Pro tiers get priority email + chat. Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding manager who’ll walk through setup with you on a video call. The wizard also has inline help on every screen.

From clicking signup to your first real booking is typically the same afternoon — ~60 minutes of focused setup. If you only do steps 1, 2, 3, and 6 (skip pricing engine for now and use simple flat rates), it’s closer to 30 minutes.

You bring your own Twilio number — keeps the SMS in your brand. Twilio costs roughly $1/month per number plus per-message rates. We don’t mark up Twilio fees; you pay Twilio directly. Most operators send under 1,000 messages/month and it costs $5–15.
